Limited Warranty for TotalPack Equipments

Our company TotalPack Solutions stands proudly behind each quality product sold to our valuable client. We provide the following limited warranty for our packaging machines:

We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that all our parts are free of defects in material and workmanship. “Defects” as used in this warranty, are defined as any imperfection(s), which impair the common use of this product. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of parts or components, for a one-year period, after the date of shipment.

This limited warranty applies under conditions of normal use. The warranty does not cover :

Machine malfunctions caused by improper customer installation, product spillage, or wash down damage.
Defects occurring after purchase due to customer modification, improper repair, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence.
Cosmetic Damage.

Please have model number and date of purchase ready. All warranty replacements are subject to factory approval. Customer may return defective parts for credit to TPS along with proof of machine purchase. Warranty replacement parts are shipped out immediately subject to availability.
