TotalPack´s Tube Filler and Sealer is an ideal machine for use in the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, foodstuff and other light industries. This tube filler can be used to fill all kinds of semi-viscous and viscous products into soft plastic or flexible compound tubes.

Its user-friendly, color touch-screen employs the latest technology along with its PLC control system.
It features automatic tube loading, tube washing, positioning, filling, sealing, air-heating and tube ejecting.
The loading and washing of tubes is done pneumatically with compressed air.

Tube positioning is controlled by a photoelectric sensor.
Equipped with a Swiss made LEISTER temperature control system and a separate system for cooling.
