TotalPack monoblock filler-capper is a 2-in-1 packaging equipment incorporate the latest design servo controls with advance Siemens PLC control system that capable of filling speeds up to 80 bottles per minute and capping up to 50 bottles per minutes.
Features
Siemens PLC with easy to use touch screen control panel system and equip with OMRON switch.
The piston mechanism is driven using Panasonic servo motor and supported using FESTO cylinder and BANNER sensor.
Shut off nozzle to optimise the filling operation with no drip fill nozzles.
99% filling precision and all parts in contact with filling material is made of stainless steel 316L to meet cGMP standard.
Optional diving nozzle is available to prevent bubble during filling process.
Chuck capping head and capable to handle both plastic and aluminum cap.
Panasonic cap motor with vibrating cap loading system.
Easy to adjust from one bottle and cap size to another type.
No bottle no filling and no bottle no capping mechanism.
