TotalPack´s vacuum homogenizer is a complete homogenizing system and is widely used in the production of cosmetic or pharmaceutical creams.
Complete Vacuum Homogenizer System HR-100A
It consist of pre-treatment mixing tanks, a vacuum emulsifying mixer tank, a vacuum pump, a hydraulic system, a control system and a working platform. It is capable of processing up to 2000 L of cream.
Features
- Tank operates through a hydraulic system.
- All parts in contact with the material is made of 316L stainless steel which meet cGMP standard.
- Emulsifying mixer´s capacity ranges between 0 to 3500 r/min with frequency control.
- The scraper sticks to the surface of the tank and has a capacity between 10 and 50 r/min with frequency control.
- Adopted a vacuum drawing material design to be used especially with the powder material in order to avoid floating matter.
- The homogenizer processing is done under vacuum conditions to avoid bubble formation.

The machine is equipped with CIP cleaning fitting, and is easy to operate and maintain.
