TotalPack´s  tank can be custom-designed and used for the storing, mixing and processing of liquid and viscous materials. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries.

TotalPack offers a wide range of tanks which can be custom designed to specifically meet your packaging  needs, and they range from 100 to 5000 L in capacity.

Features

All parts in contact with material are made up of high quality 316L stainless steel to fulfill cGMP standard.

Comes with the option to include a simple paddle mixer and  a counter-rotating scraper/stirrer.

Optional variable mixing speed with high, middle and  low mixing speeds.

Jacketed tank operates with steam or electricity and provides insulation.

 It can be equipped with a homogenizer that includes a vacuum or pressured option.

Load Cells and Control panel are also optional.

  • Power supply: 380V 3phase 50Hz or 200V 3phase 60Hz.
  • Volume: 100L, 150L, 200L to 5000L. Custom design is available.
