1. When is the delivery or lead time?
Depending on your order: for whole production line it is 45 days. Tube filler, labeler, liquid and cream filler, capper, unsccrambler will be 35 days. Other equipments will be around 7-15 days. The above lead time is calculated after receiving the down payment as well as sample bottles / tubes and materials.

2. Is there a minimum quantity to place an order?
No, You only need to buy 1 set as minimum quantity.

3. How about the payment way?
We accept TT with 40% down payment, 60% before the machine ship out. Bank details will be provided.

4. What is the mode of delivery?
Customer will be responsible for the delivery and insurance. We are more than happy to make the necessary arrangement either by sea or air.

5. Is there a warranty and for how long?
Yes, we provide manufacturer warranty for one year after the machine ship out.

6. What is the power supply requirement?
Generally we can customise according to customer's requirements either 220v 1phase or 110v 1phase
380v 3phase or 220v 3phase.

7. How about quality certification?
For our all our bottle filler,tube filler are CE certified and for each machine we will also have equipment certification according to GMP requirement.

8. What about the shipment packing?
We are using standard export packing materials.For Europe and Australia:we are using fumigated wooden case. North America, South America and Africa: we are using three-ply wooden case or Fumigated wooden case. Asia: wooden case or three-ply wooden case.

9. Who is going to install the equipments?
Generally, as a buyer you will visit our factory for equipment training and installation but if needed we could also visit buyer's factory. Buyer only need to pay for return air ticket and lodging expenses.

10. How about the after sales service?
We will provide maintenance support for any issue with the equipments. If the equipments are still under warranty, we will replace and repair the faulty parts FOC and buyer will only need to pay for the shipping charges.
