Capper Descriptions
- The CP-100A automatic rotary chuck capper is designed and used to secure caps to bottles. it is an ideal equipment for high torque capping operation with up to 50 caps per minute.
- Generally CP-100A rotary chuck capper secure caps more tightly compare to inline capper and the cap has to be loaded automatically into the hopper.

- The capper can used for both aluminum cap and plastic cap.
- The capper can work for different kind of bottle size by changing the turntable.
- Capper with no bottle, no cap mechanism.
- Vibrating cap loading system.
- Unique capping head with pneumatic adjustable clamp.
- Adjustable cap holding pressure and amortize system ensures no damage to the cap surface.

- 2.4 meter conveyor is included together with the capper.
- Elevator is optional for big size caps.
