The manual or semi-automatic bottle capper is designed and used to secure plastic and metal caps to bottles. It is an ideal equipment for low volume and high torque capping operation.

It has adjustable clutch to avoid cap damage and reduce the friction of inside piston.
Once the cap is tight, the clincher will stop automatically.
The machine includes the capper, aluminum capping clincher and cushion inside piston.
Note: If you purchase bracket (59"x53") and a balancer as option, the capper machine can be hanged weightlessly, which would reduce labor intensity and ensure better capping quality.
