Automatic Inserter by TotalPack is designed and engineered to automate the process of inserting cotton and desiccant material into bottles.

TotalPack's Automatic Cottoner is suitable for different type of bottles and can be easily adjusted to accomodate different height, size and cap diameter, no change parts are needed.

First, the cottoner convert cotton into preset lengths. The coil is pulled apart into desired lengths through two pairs of pinch rollers. Each piece is then folded and inserted up into a tube, forming the "inverted U". The tube then moves over the bottle and the cotton piece is inserted down into the bottle by German made Festo air cyclinder. The cottoner can works independely or can be integrated into an existing or new bottle production line.
