Totalpack semi-automatic filler is designed and engineered to produce outstanding quality and high precision filling for various type of liquids and viscous materials.

The gear pump filler is suitable to fill thin liquid like lubricating oil, shampoo, lotions, conditioner etc.  It also has all the features of a large machine packed into a compact design that includes an easy-to-read LED digital display and a metering device to measure the precise amount of filler being added to each container.  Each revolution or part-revolution of the gear pump delivers a specific amount of filler product into the container, the exact amount being controlled by the electronic counter.

No drip filling nozzle.

All parts in contact with filling material is made of corrosion resistant material (stainless steel 316L) to meet cGMP standard.

20 different filling data can be stored in the system´s memory.
