Filler Capper FC-100A
TotalPack´s Filling and Capping Machine is a 2-in-1 piece of equipment which incorporates the latest in servo control design and an advanced PLC control system by SIEMENS, and which is capable of reaching filling speeds of up to 80 bottles per minute, and capping speeds of 50 bottles per minute.
Features
Siemens PLC with an easy-to-use touch screen to access the control panel system, and equipped with an OMRON switch.
The piston mechanism is driven by a Panasonic servo motor and a FESTO cylinder and a BANNER sensor.
A shut-off nozzle together with no-drip fill nozzles serve to optimize the filling operation.
99% filling precision.
All parts in contact with filling material is made of stainless steel 316L to meet cGMP standard.
An optional diving nozzle is available to prevent bubble formation during the filling process.
