8 Nozzles Liquid Filler FLL-800A
The automatic filling machine is the most reliable, accurate and cost-effective filling machine on the market today. It can accommodate liquids as well as creamier substances such as shampoo, hot sauce, oil lubricants, cosmetic creams, etc. Our line of fillers includes fillers with 2, 4, 6 and 8 nozzles and makes use of the latest advances in cylinder and servo motor technology to ensure the highest quality and precision.

PLC control system by either Siemens or Easy View, and easy to use touch screen technology (except for the 2- nozzle filler).
German-made FESTO cylinder with a Panasonic servo motor (for the 8- nozzle filler) and equipped with an OMRON switch.

Variable speed drive ensures the machine´s smooth operation and makes it easy to adjust from one bottle size to another.
An optional diving nozzle is available to prevent bubble formation during the filling process.
A shut-off nozzle helps to optimise filling.
