TotalPack's Automatic Counter is engineered for high quality counting and filling of hard gelatin capsules, soft gels, round pills, tablets, and other solid material into bottles.
Capsule Counter CC-100A
Each unit of the Automatic Counter has 16 channels with dual nozzles and equipped with a total of 176 Honeywell's Intelligent Sensor Eyes for 100% counting accuracy. The Counter has three-stage vibration to infeed capsules; vibrating frequency adjustable for quick and stable infeeding. Bottels are positioned and changed by air cylinder to ensure accuracy positioning prior to filling to avoid spillage. Filling operation is secured by diving nozzles and bottles locking mechanism.
