The manual or semi-automatic bottle capper by TotalPack is designed to secure caps onto bottles, and constitutes the ideal piece of equipment for high-torque and portable capping operations.

The semi-automatic capper (or portable air capper) can easily screw or unscrew various types of caps.
It has an adjustable clutch to avoid cap damage and to reduce the friction on the interior piston.
Once the cap is tight, the clincher stops automatically.
The machine includes the capper, the aluminum cap clincher and a cushioned internal piston.
Note: If you purchase a bracket (59"x53") and a balancer as options, the bottle capper machine may be hung weightlessly, reducing labor intensity and ensuring better capping quality.
