The automatic bottle-capping machine by TotalPack is designed to secure caps onto bottles, and constitutes the ideal piece of equipment for high-torque and high-speed capping operations. Also available Semi-Automatic Capper that are economical and portable to use.
Rotary Chuck Capper CP-100A
It is equipped with a cap vibrator, an auto moving cap chute with bottle pick-off, an indexing turntable and an easy-to-use Siemens touch screen. It can be used with both plastic and metal caps.

Equipped with a Siemens touch screen control panel, Panasonic motor, OMRON switch and FESTO valve, as well as with a no-bottle no-cap mechanism.
Can be used for both plastic and metal caps. Easily-adjustable cap torque settings make it a smooth machine to operate.
A vibrating cap loading system, as well as a high-tech, automatic, mechanical arm make the loading operation more precise, which prevents cross-threading.
Simple and easy- to-change parts facilitate the adjustment between different sizes of bottle and caps.
